Return Policy
House of Koopslie is an e-commerce business. You can buy our products in one of 3 ways:
- At an independent boutique or retailer
- On our website
- At a craft show at a House of Koopslie booth
Boutique
If you’ve purchased your House of Koopslie product from an independent retailer or boutique, your product can only be returned to the location in which you’ve bought it. The return/exchange policy dictated by the store in which you’ve purchased your item will be applicable.
Website Exchange Policy
We are confident that you're going to love your super comfy, high quality House of Koopslie pieces. If for any reason, you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we can exchange your items for another item or offer you store credit within 14 days of you receiving your order. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and not damaged.
All items purchased as a SALE item, as part of a BOGO promotion, as a PRE-ORDER or during the 12 days of Christmas sale, or with a PROMO code discounting the regular price are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
For hygienic reasons, all head wear is final sale.

Craft Show Exchange Policy
We are unable to provide refunds however we can offer an exchange or online store credit on items purchased at a craft show within 7 days of the craft show. Proof of purchase is required. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and not damaged.
For hygienic reasons, all head wear is final sale.
