Shipping

House of Koopslie ships via Canada Post to all provinces in Canada and the United States.  

   

FREE local delivery to Edmonton, St. Albert, and Sherwood Park. Deliveries are done on Wednesdays between 5pm and 8:30pm.

$10.00 flat fee for shipments within Canada for packages under $99 before taxes. We ship via Canada Post and will be mailed within 3-5 business days.

Free shipping for shipments within Canada for packages over $99.

$20.00 flat fee for shipments to all states within United States. Tracking number provided.

 

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Canada Post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Canada.

 

Once your order has been shipped please refer to the tracking number you receive for estimated delivery date. Once your package arrives and is confirmed by the shipping carrier that it has been delivered, we are not responsible for the loss or theft of your package.
